Thanks for your purchase! Every Torkster product is sold with a lifetime warranty. If at any time during its lifetime, the Torkster product is rendered non-functional, for any reason, the product can be exchanged at no cost* (restrictions apply), even if you are not the original owner. Simply mail the defective product to the following address. Please include your return address, email address, and a brief explanation of how the part was being used when it failed. This explanation will only be used to determine any design improvements that may be required and will in no way affect your warranty. A new part will be mailed to you at no charge.
